About Me
I’m Kyle Frazier, a self-admitted sneakerhead and Creative Brand Strategist reimagining how creative thinking, marketing, and collaboration build meaningful, impactful partnerships. Curiosity and creativity have always shaped how I see the world, solve problems, connect ideas and people.


My journey started as an intern at Adidas, where I got a first-hand look at design, brand storytelling, and strategy. I evolved into a creative behind the scenes for established brands—until my entrepreneurial drive led me to launch a men’s grooming brand. Through a lot of failure I finally figured out how to approach and secure smart partnerships with athletes, celebrities, and influencers. Those partnerships helped me to scale the brand from concept to retail, landing in Target via the Target Takeoff accelerator. We launched in 25 stores and expanded to 110 before I made a strategic exit.
That experience changed everything. Instead of walking away completely, I leaned into the relationships I built. That’s when I met my business partner, Damon White. Together, we launched ARCHTOCULTURE, a creative agency helping emerging brands unlock real opportunities. We’ve placed 7 out of 10 brands in not just one,but two Target accelerator cohorts by generating qualified pipeline leads and building connections that matter.


At my core, I’m a creative problem solver and observer—I consider myself an introvert who knows how to extrovert and show up big when it counts. I believe in continuous learning, progress over perfection, and leading with intention. I love working with founders and growing brands; I know what it takes to build something from the ground up.
